About Jimmy

I've spent a third of my life in warehousing and logistics.

I've led the floor during two remodels and one warehouse relocation, and I've also managed a warehouse during a capacity crisis. I strongly believe that good facilities have 3 key things:

• 1. Leaders that get out in the field with their teams.
• 2. A mindset that says every small detail matters.
• 3. Simplified processes and tools that work for the team, and not vice versa.

I am a student to this industry, and I love to talk warehousing.
